Prepping with Ingredients
Whenever I begin the cooking process I make sure that all of my ingredients are layed out. Take a look at how I gather all of the ingredients for this Chicken/Turkey burger. Maybe it will help keep your kitchen organized.
How Many Burgers can Meena eat?
Hahaha! Depends before or after couple of drinks?
Chicken/Turkey Burgers
1 lbs ground chicken and/or turkey…can really use whatever meat you like! I do
1/3 cup bread crumps (will need extra for rolling the patties)
1/3 cup milk ( I use skim milk)
¼ green onion – finely chopped
Green chilies – finely chopped (optional)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Dash of garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder
1 tbsp Ginger and garlic minced
Mix everything well
Form into balls (6)
Flatten them into a patty, roll them lightly in bread crumps and fry!
