One Tequila, Two Tequila, Three Tequila, WHOOPS!!!

For my margarita party I made three different types of margarita's and they were delicious.

You can substitute mangos/strawberries with any fruit of your choice. Drinking glasses can be rimmed with sugar or salt! It's all about preferences and having fun! Get together with couple of your friends for endless possibilities! Get everyone to come up with their own drink! Your kitchen will be a mess but you will have an amazing time!

Original Basic Margarita

1 oz orange liqueur

2 oz of your favorite tequila( white)

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 tsp simple syrup

lime wedge for garnish

  1. Pour all ingredients (minus the lime wedges) in a shaker

  2. Fill with ice

  3. Shake for about 30 seconds ...why 30 seconds you say...this is to ensure that the ingredients mix well and your drink is nice and cold!

  4. Run a lime around the rim of the glass

  5. Roll the glass in the smoked chili salt

  6. Pour into a smoked chili salt rimmed glass (see recipe in Flavors and Aromas)

  7. Garnish with lime wedge

ENJOY!!

Mango Chili Margarita
